A Parent's Perspective
Om Shiva Yoga has been a staple in my life for several years now and I am so excited that my daughter also no goes to the classes. We both really look forward to our weekly classes and especially with Juliana. She is the most patient and kind teacher and her warm spirit flows in every class. I also like the fact that you can buy a package and then drop into any class at either location to suit your time table that week.
As Parents, We Love...
- The very authentic spirit of then centre and classes
- Meeting a variety of people through the classes
- The fantastic teachers!
Our Children Love...
- That the lessons leave them feeling calm and relaxed
- Seeing the progression in their yoga as the weeks go by - my daughter feels much more flexible after a really short time
- That is has a positive knock on effect to her other sports and leaves her less prone to injury
